Jayson Pocius

Jayson Pocius is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background spanning sports, education, and real estate. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jayson developed a passion for sports early on, particularly basketball, fueled by the success of the Chicago Bulls during the 1990s.

After completing his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Roosevelt University from 2008 to 2011, Jayson pursued further education and obtained an MBA from Loyola University Chicago between 2013 and 2015. Armed with a strong academic foundation, Jayson embarked on a career path that seamlessly blended his business acumen with his love for real estate.

Transitioning into the realm of real estate, Jayson established several real estate LLCs for rental properties in Chicago, delving into real estate analytics and investment strategies. This marked the genesis of his journey into the intricacies of real estate acquisition and management.

Currently, Jayson Pocius holds a pivotal role in Land Acquisition at KB Home, a renowned real estate company. In this capacity, he is responsible for analyzing, acquiring, and underwriting future residential real estate developments, showcasing his expertise in the dynamic field of real estate.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jayson is an avid enthusiast of college basketball, having served as the Special Assistant to the Head Coach for Roosevelt University’s Men’s Basketball team. His love for sports extends to beach volleyball, a summer pastime he enjoyed during his time in Chicago.
